Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work productivity on employee
performance at Subway Restaurants District 7, encompassing the areas of
South Jakarta, Depok, South Tangerang, and Bogor. Work productivity is a
critical factor in determining employee performance, especially in the context
of high job rotation and operational demands. The study employs a
quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis to indentify the
relationship between work productivity as the independent variabel and
employee performance as the dependen variabel. The findings reveal indicate
H1 that work productivity has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, with a significance value of 0,000 (< 0,05) and a coefficient of
determination (R-Squared) of 39%. Validity and reliability tests confirm that
all items are valid (rh>rt) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60).
Additionally, the classical assumption tests indicate that the data are
normally distributed and free from heteroscedasticity.
